Come and find out about practical ways of exploring values with groups and individuals. Each participant will take away a tried and tested RESOURCE PACK that will support them to work with young people and adults to better understand, develop and agree the values needed for success in schools, families or working lives.

The workshop/resource pack will help individuals and groups to

  • Define and prioritise personal values
  • Explore how values affect how people live
  • Explore a wide range of different values for different situations in life
  • Consider the practical implications of using values in relation to themselves and, others, the community, and the world at large;
  • Inspire individuals to choose their own values and be aware of practical methods for developing and deepening them; and
  • Encourage educators to look at education as providing students with a philosophy of living, facilitating their overall growth, development and choices.
