In December 2009, Ian was appointed as HR manager for The Percy Hedley Foundation. While, Ian is no longer a Director of Turning Tides, it is important to acknowledge his contribution in the development of Turning Tides. With over 15 years as a Senior Human Resource Development Manager, we are confident that Ian will quickly make a significant contribution to the work of The Percy Hedley Foundation and we wish him every success for the future.
Ian's work has focused primarily on change management, employee engagement and personal development programmes for individuals. Ian was a member of a successful learning and development team who won the John Sainsbury’s Award for management development. He was the winner of the 2008 North East Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development award for Employee Engagement and was runner up for the HRD Excellence through Innovation Award. As well as being a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Ian is also an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching.
