Ray Baxter BSc (Hons), PGCE; has been working in the area of education and development for many years. He is presently writing a resource for Routledge Publishing called The School Handbook for Values Education. This will include ideas for developing positive values in the staffroom and classroom. Ray is also actively involved with many education projects in the UK and overseas. In the 1990's he worked for the United Nations in East Africa and for many years Ray worked as a teacher in the North East of England. Ray has had many roles in education, including Assistant Headteacher and Local Authority Advisor for many formal and non formal education initiatives.
